This is an open access scientific journal. Open access means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The Journal and content of this website is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Creative Commons 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License allows users to copy, distribute and transmit an article, and make commercial and non-commercial use of the article. The (CC BY 4.0) license permits commercial and non-commercial re-use of an open access article, as long as the author is properly attributed.

In general, you may visit the Journal website and reach full text of any publised article without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

For manuscripts submitted to and accepted for publication in the Journal, authors are required to sign and submit a copyright declaration and an ethics statement prior to publication. Authors declare that the submitted work is an original scholarly contribution, prepared in accordance with scientific and ethical standards, and has not been previously published elsewhere.

Authors retain the copyright of their work. By submitting their manuscript for publication, authors grant the Association a non-exclusive right to publish the work for the first time, and to reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article publicly available in print and electronic formats.

All articles published in the Journal are made openly accessible under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
